Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE shipping on all orders over $30 within Australia Only.

International Shipping Fee $25.00

As some products are made to order please allow 1-3 business days before your parcel is sent. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately you cannot return any items.

 

 

Exchanges:

We will happily accept exchanges for wrong sizing only.

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind.

You will be required to pay for return postage, and include a pre-paid, self addressed parcel post envelope for us to send out the required item/s. We DO NOT accept returns on SALE items. 

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

 

 

Faulty/Damaged Items:

If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email info@catherinemarydesigns.com within 5 days of receiving your item to notify us.

Please include your receipt/order number, contact details and details of the fault/damage. If possible also include a photo.

After receiving your email we will be in contact with you to discuss whether you would prefer an exchange or full refund (international shipping costs not included).
